According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Dakota counties, in April 2020, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (85.48%), followed by Rolette County (76.13%), and Benson County (53.92%).
