According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Maryland counties, Prince George's County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (0.87%), followed by Charles County (0.81%), and Montgomery County (0.64%).
