According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Missouri counties, McDonald County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2.57%), followed by Newton County (2.29%), and Jasper County (1.77%).
