According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all US counties, Madera County, CA had the highest percentage of its population who identified as Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.80%), followed by Alamosa County, CO (3.02%), and La Paz County, AZ (2.89%).
