According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all US counties, Hawaii County, HI had the highest percentage of its population who identified as Hispanic - Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (0.95%), followed by Maui County, HI (0.63%), and Kauai County, HI (0.55%).
