According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all US counties, Kalawao County, HI had the highest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone (4.88%), followed by Dukes County, MA (3.40%), and Orange County, NY (2.99%).
