According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 50 states and the District of Columbia, Maine had the highest percentage of a state's population who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (90.16%), followed by West Virginia (89.14%), and Vermont (89.13%).

The chart below shows the top 10 states, and the table below shows the ranking of all the 50 US states and the District of Columbia based on the percentage of each state's population that identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone.
