According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, Hawaii had the highest percentage of a state's voting-age population who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone (9.55%), followed by Alaska (1.49%), and Utah (1.03%).
