According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among the total 7,849 of the Bluffton City, IN voting-age population (18 years and over), 7,535 residents identified as Non-Hispanic (96.00%), and 314 residents identified as Hispanic or Latino (4.00%).
