According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among the total 498 of the New Houlka Town, MS voting-age population (18 years and over), 474 residents identified as Non-Hispanic (95.18%), and 24 residents identified as Hispanic or Latino (4.82%).
