According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among the total 2,438 of the Cornwall On Hudson Village, NY voting-age population (18 years and over), 2,250 residents identified as Non-Hispanic (92.29%), and 188 residents identified as Hispanic or Latino (7.71%).
