According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among the total 198,077 of the Lubbock City, TX voting-age population (18 years and over), 134,972 residents identified as Non-Hispanic (68.14%), and 63,105 residents identified as Hispanic or Latino (31.86%).
