According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among the total 4,172,402 of the Cook County, IL voting-age population (18 years and over), 3,185,516 identified as non-Hispanic (76.35%), and 986,886 identified as Hispanic or Latino (23.65%).
