Kanawha County had the highest voting-age population (145,391), followed by Berkeley County (93,351), and then Monongalia County (88,063). On the other hand, the 3 counties with low voting-age population were: Wirt County (4,111), Calhoun County (5,009), and Pendleton County (5,102).
