According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Delaware Cdp, NJ voting-age population of 142 people, 85.92% of them (122 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 6.34% of them (9 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Two Or More Races, and 3.52% of them (5 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone.
