According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Franklin County, AL population of 23,931 people, 77.75% of them (18,607 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 10.72% of them (2,565 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, and 3.78% of them (905 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone.
