According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Santa Clara County, CA population of 1,529,717 people, 39.48% of them (603,865 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone, 31.09% of them (475,592 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, and 12.55% of them (192,046 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
