According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Lafayette County, FL population of 6,819 people, 74.31% of them (5,067 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 13.74% of them (937 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, and 4.49% of them (306 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
