According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Canyon County, ID population of 166,440 people, 71.29% of them (118,659 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 9.99% of them (16,633 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone, and 6.56% of them (10,924 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Two Or More Races.
