According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Pulaski County, IL population of 4,127 people, 62.93% of them (2,597 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 28.30% of them (1,168 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, and 3.34% of them (138 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
