According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Adams County, MS population of 23,528 people, 53.99% of them (12,702 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, 39.36% of them (9,260 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, and 2.95% of them (693 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
