According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Johnston County, NC population of 160,099 people, 66.76% of them (106,884 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, 15.37% of them (24,601 people) identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, and 6.90% of them (11,050 people) identified their ethnicity as Hispanic - Some Other Race Alone.
