According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the Kansas City City, KS voting-age population of 114,098 people, 45.03% of them (51,376 people) identified their race as White Alone, 21.81% of them (24,886 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 14.42% of them (16,452 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
