According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the Fulton Cdp, MD voting-age population of 4,073 people, 52.39% of them (2,134 people) identified their race as White Alone, 25.66% of them (1,045 people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 13.75% of them (560 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
