According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the Mayo Cdp, MD voting-age population of 6,814 people, 89.14% of them (6,074 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.00% of them (409 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.54% of them (105 people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
