According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the Philadelphia City, MS voting-age population of 5,362 people, 46.72% of them (2,505 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 46.21% of them (2,478 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 2.98% of them (160 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
