According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cherokee County, AL voting-age population of 20,169 people, 91.60% of them (18,475 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.09% of them (825 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.03% of them (611 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
