According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Clarke County, AL voting-age population of 18,249 people, 53.94% of them (9,843 people) identified their race as White Alone, 43.26% of them (7,894 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 1.85% of them (338 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
