According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Clay County, AL voting-age population of 11,299 people, 81.49% of them (9,207 people) identified their race as White Alone, 13.54% of them (1,530 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.12% of them (352 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
