According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Monroe County, AR voting-age population of 5,364 people, 55.48% of them (2,976 people) identified their race as White Alone, 38.48% of them (2,064 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.02% of them (162 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
