According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Ouachita County, AR voting-age population of 17,751 people, 56.61% of them (10,048 people) identified their race as White Alone, 37.87% of them (6,722 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.75% of them (665 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
