According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Pulaski County, AR voting-age population of 309,578 people, 53.53% of them (165,726 people) identified their race as White Alone, 34.18% of them (105,807 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.21% of them (16,127 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
