According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Plumas County, CA voting-age population of 16,340 people, 85.78% of them (14,017 people) identified their race as White Alone, 7.80% of them (1,275 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 2.82% of them (460 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
