According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Macon, GA voting-age population of 9,938 people, 59.86% of them (5,949 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 34.58% of them (3,437 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 2.20% of them (219 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
