According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Upson County, GA voting-age population of 21,711 people, 67.37% of them (14,627 people) identified their race as White Alone, 27.80% of them (6,035 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.88% of them (626 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
