According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Wilkes County, GA voting-age population of 7,651 people, 55.12% of them (4,217 people) identified their race as White Alone, 39.33% of them (3,009 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.12% of them (239 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
