According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Adams County, ID voting-age population of 3,619 people, 93.62% of them (3,388 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.92% of them (142 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.05% of them (38 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
