According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Benewah County, ID voting-age population of 7,429 people, 84.22% of them (6,257 people) identified their race as White Alone, 7.35% of them (546 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 6.50% of them (483 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
