According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Madison County, ID voting-age population of 42,141 people, 85.67% of them (36,104 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.19% of them (2,187 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, and 4.49% of them (1,891 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
