According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Adams County, IL voting-age population of 51,030 people, 91.40% of them (46,643 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.48% of them (1,774 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.47% of them (1,771 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
