According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Clinton County, IL voting-age population of 28,856 people, 90.11% of them (26,002 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.62% of them (1,044 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.59% of them (1,035 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
