According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Franklin County, IL voting-age population of 29,695 people, 94.68% of them (28,115 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.76% of them (1,117 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.48% of them (142 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
