According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Fulton County, IL voting-age population of 26,974 people, 91.52% of them (24,687 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.94% of them (1,063 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.56% of them (691 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
