According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Jackson County, IL voting-age population of 42,742 people, 74.46% of them (31,826 people) identified their race as White Alone, 12.95% of them (5,533 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.26% of them (2,249 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
