According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Montgomery County, IL voting-age population of 22,522 people, 91.37% of them (20,578 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.90% of them (879 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.02% of them (681 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
