According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Putnam County, IL voting-age population of 4,555 people, 93.28% of them (4,249 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.78% of them (172 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.87% of them (85 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
