Washington, Illinois Voting-age Population By Race in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Washington, IL voting-age population of 10,831 people, 95.56% of them (10,350 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.66% of them (288 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.63% of them (68 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
