According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Rush County, IN voting-age population of 12,896 people, 96.06% of them (12,388 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.41% of them (311 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.57% of them (74 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
