According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Clinton County, IA voting-age population of 35,887 people, 91.88% of them (32,974 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.64% of them (1,307 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 2.63% of them (943 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
