According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Chautauqua County, KS voting-age population of 2,641 people, 86.29% of them (2,279 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.30% of them (140 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 4.54% of them (120 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
